Van Andel Institute

Van Andel Institute (VAI), a staple of Grand Rapids, is an independent research facility devoted to improving human health through biomedical research and science education. To raise money and entice donors to support their research efforts, the VAI event team, along with Extra Credit Projects, hosts a number of annual fundraising events with elaborate themes and highly branded touchpoints with attendees. From Casino Royale to Willy Wonka to Under the Sea, ECP works to design and implement a branded event suite of materials, from save the date and invitation, to sponsor materials and program, to event graphics and nontraditional executions that elevate events from start to finish.
