With over 25 years in various creative roles, Chad has helped brands tell meaningful stories and connect with audiences in memorable ways. As the ECP Executive Creative Director, he leads creative strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, guiding teams in developing ideas that bring brands to life. Prior to his agency experience, he developed campaigns for in-house art departments at Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema and worked as a graphic designer on Comedy Central’s The Man Show. Outside of work, Chad’s greatest role is being a husband to his wife of 25 years and a father to their three daughters. In his free time, he creates art, produces videos, collects toys, works on his mid-century modern home, and takes his Samoyed to dog shows.


Eric Lowe
Associate Creative Director & Crazy Idea Guy

Eric is the person you want in the room when a blank page needs an idea. As ECP’s Associate Creative Director, he brings imagination, curiosity, organization, and an “always give extra” mindset to every project he works on. After earning his B.F.A. from Kendall College of Art and Design, Eric became ECP’s in-house illustrator and resident OOH advertising expert, leading key accounts for local and national clients. With a growing collection of advertising and design awards, he has a talent for turning fresh concepts into memorable campaigns. He brings that same creativity and energy when helping other ECP designers and art directors push the boundaries of what’s possible. If you can’t find him tearing up the pavement of West Michigan on his road bike, you can find on the golf course or lost in the woods on Lake Michigan.


Aaron Sullivan
Senior Art Director, Digital Director & Technology Mastermind

Designer, developer, and technology enthusiast, Aaron is ECP’s Senior Art Director and Digital Director. After earning his B.F.A. in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art and Design, he exercised his creative skills at JWT Detroit, then worked as the lead designer for Charter House Innovations in Holland, Michigan. With more than 13 years at ECP, he is well-versed in many technical platforms and leads strategic digital and web development for ECP clients, building custom WordPress sites from design through development. He enjoys playing board games, cycling, camping, brewing beer, and spending time with his wife, kids, cats, dog, and axolotl.


Simon Post
Senior Art Director & Video/Social Guru

Simon brings more than a decade of photo, video, and art direction experience and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication to ECP. He has developed award-winning creative for international brands during his career and, after a five-year stint at the biggest agency in Michigan, Simon decided to focus his time and talents back on his hometown of Grand Rapids. In addition to his role as Senior Art Director, Simon leads the Media Production team at ECP, overseeing the agency’s photo and video projects. Outside of work, you can find Simon walking his dog while playing Pokémon Go, cooking with his fiancée, and browsing Facebook Marketplace.


Summer Jongsma

Summer graduated at the top of her class from Kendall College of Art and Design before joining the ECP team. Building on a strong foundation of design experience through previous professional roles and internships, she brings a thoughtful, fresh perspective to every project. Since joining ECP, Summer has quickly advanced into the role of Senior Art Director, where she approaches every project with attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence. Her expertise in branding, user experience design, and cohesive identity systems has helped elevate several West Michigan brands. Her positive energy, dedication, and ability to inspire those around her make her an invaluable member of both the creative team and the studio culture. She loves spending time on the water at Big Star Lake, walking her dog Deegan, crocheting, and collecting all things with the color pink.


Emilee Holzwarth
Art Director & Vibe Curator

Emilee (Em for short) is an Art Director with a passion for conceptual thinking. An award-winning creative, she has earned multiple ADDY and OBIE Awards for her student work and brings a strong foundation in advertising to every project. Emilee graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design, and as a West Michigan native, she brings a strong understanding of the local market. Outside the studio, Em is always exploring new creative outlets, from sewing and painting to photography, collage, and other hands-on crafts. She is also an avid camper, beach enthusiast, and world traveler, finding inspiration wherever she goes.


Flor Quiñones
Designer & Mood Board Maven

Flor Quiñones is a graphic designer whose Venezuelan roots inspire a thoughtful approach to branding, art direction, print design, and visual storytelling. She graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design, and enjoys creating purposeful designs that tell authentic stories and build meaningful connections with their audiences. Early in her career, her work has garnered multiple awards at the West Michigan American Advertising Awards, including the prestigious Judge’s Choice Award. Driven by curiosity and a love for thoughtful craftsmanship, Flor brings creativity, strategy, and attention to detail to every project, always looking for new ways to create work that leaves a lasting impression. She’s always eager to go the extra mile, especially when it means turning good ideas into great ones. Outside of work, Flor enjoys DJ-ing events with friends, cooking, bargain-hunting at downtown GR thrift shops, and sharing her culture through dance and music.


Jackie Foss
Media Director & “Jackie” of all Trades

Jackie is the ECP Media Director and a member of the ECP leadership team. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in journalism, art, and advertising. Before joining ECP in 2013, she was the lead designer for MSU’s sustainability department and the social media maven for the City of Holland, where she focused on program development and event marketing. With a creative background, media-centric mindset, and a passion for giving extra, she currently leads the growth of the media side of ECP. This includes the strategy, planning, buying and execution of successful media plans for clients across all platforms. When she’s not planning the next big campaign, she’d like to be at the beach with a good book, but she’s more likely acting as a human jungle gym for her very active toddler.


Justin Wenk
Media Specialist & Productivity Powerhouse

Justin graduated from Northern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Throughout college, he gained experience through internships with Sherwin-Williams and Sunsation Powerboats, where he built a strong foundation in marketing and professional communication. Justin specializes in digital and social media marketing, with experience managing social media accounts for his former high school baseball team, creating engaging content, increasing audience size, and building online communities. As one of the newest members of the ECP media team, Justin is excited to learn from his colleagues, contribute to meaningful projects, and continue growing in the advertising industry. In his free time, Justin enjoys playing baseball, running, and meeting with friends in downtown Grand Rapids.


Jake Stidham

Jake is the ECP client service quarterback and a member of the leadership team. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations, and has experience in marketing, consulting, and strategy development across a number of industries. Before joining ECP, Jake flexed his skills in radio as a creative advertising executive, working closely with local, regional and national clients. Jake oversees and guides all accounts in strategy, project management, and client communications, bringing an unmatched level of passion and professionalism from helping write the creative briefs through final execution and delivery. In his free time Jake enjoys anything with a board, whether surfing, wakeboarding or snowboarding.


Patrick Duncan
Project Director, Senior Copywriter & Human Thesaurus

Left brain, meet right brain. As a unique hybrid with one foot in both the creative and account side, Patrick brings 25+ years of strategic and conceptual problem-solving skills. He has worked with ECP in various capacities since the agency’s inception in 2006, including Senior Copywriter, Account Director, and Project Director. He has helped lead award-winning projects for clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Michigan State University, Gerald R. Ford International Airport, New Belgium Brewing, and many more. When he’s not crafting copy or helping clients make headlines, he’s spending time at his log cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains or taking on the local competition at bar trivia.


Bryan Houck
Principal, Executive Director & Chief Combobulator

There’s nothing worse than a discombobulated organization, which is why Bryan has chosen to assume the role of Chief Combobulation Officer. His continued passion for building an all-star team of creatives, brand strategists and media wizards keeps a smile on his face and a pep in his step. He also loves helping clients align their business objectives with the marketing forces at ECP. Bryan comments, “you know you’re doing something right when clients regularly report their meetings with ECP are one of the highlights of their week. It’s a pretty cool job to have”. Aside from bragging about his team, Bryan enjoys spending time on the water and adventuring in Northern Michigan with his wife and blended family of five.
