Chad Hutchison

Chad has over 20 years of experience and is part of the ECP leadership team. After earning a B.F.A. from the Columbus College of Art and Design, he worked for a number of entertainment companies in Los Angeles, including New Line Cinema and Warner Bros., where he produced award-winning campaigns for major motion pictures. He also brings over a decade of experience from the OOH industry, including his time as national creative director for Adams Outdoor Advertising, as well as a passion and expertise for film and video production, helping bring client stories to life through storytelling. Altogether, Chad has been with ECP more than nine years and has won numerous ADDYs, OBIEs, CA and Graphis Awards.
Aaron Sullivan

Designer, developer, and techmaster, Aaron is our digital director and part of the ECP leadership team. After earning his B.F.A. in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art and Design, he exercised his creative skills in the Motor City at JWT Detroit and worked as the lead in-house designer for Charter House Innovations in Holland, Michigan. With over 11 years at ECP, he is well versed in many technical platforms and leads all strategic digital and web development for ECP clients.
Jackie Foss
Media Director

Our “Jackie of all trades” is the ECM media director and part of the leadership team. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in journalism, art, and advertising. Before joining ECP, she was the lead designer for MSU’s sustainability department and social media maven for the City of Holland, where she focused on program development and event marketing. With a media-centric mindset, and a passion for giving extra, she leads the growth of our sister agency Extra Credit Media and its clients. With over 10 years experience, she commands the strategy, planning, buying and orchestration of successful media plans across all platforms.
Jake Stidham
Account Director

Jake is our frontman and a member of the ECP leadership team. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations, and has experience in marketing, consulting, and strategy development across a number of industries. Before joining Extra Credit Projects, Jake flexed his skills in radio as a strategic account executive, working closely with local, regional and national clients. Jake leads us in all strategy, project management, and most client communications, from creative brief to final execution and delivery.
Eric Lowe

After earning his B.F.A. from Kendall College of Art and Design, Sr. Art Director Eric’s organizational skills, creative concepting abilities, and always extra mindset set him up for daily success. He is our in-house Illustrator and looks for every opportunity to hone his skills. He is a multiple advertising and design award winner and is our resident OOH advertising expert, leading key accounts from across the country. He is our reigning ECP MVP and delivers extraordinary work for all Extra Credit clients.
Courtney French
Senior Art Director

Courtney graduated from Spring Arbor University with a degree in graphic design. She previously held design positions at the SAU Athletic Department and Office of Intercultural Relations, and has been around and worked in the design profession since she was a teenager. With expertise beyond her years, she is now a critical part of the ECP team, spearheading top accounts and major campaign efforts with her knowledge, excellent work ethic, and exquisite design sense.
Evan Hatch

Evan earned his B.F.A. from Kendall College of Art and Design and joined the ECP team after a stint as a graphic designer at Howard Miller. In his previous role he worked to create digital marketing for the luxury home furnishing brand, and brought to Extra Credit Projects working knowledge in effective user interface design and experience. Integrating seamlessly with our team of art directors, today he brings his talents to top ECP accounts.

Summer joined ECP after graduating at the top of her class from Kendall College of Art and Design. After a short internship, as well as a number of other design-industry experience roles, she brought an exceptional aptitude for graphic design, web design and an unmatched positive attitude to our team.

Emilee earned her B.F.A. from Kendall College of Art and Design. After a short internship, she joined the ECP team, where her extra-ordinary design skills are put to great use across a variety of clients.
Rob Jackson
Principal & Executive Director

Founder, current principal, and executive creative director of ECP and ECM, Rob Jackson’s mission has always been to create world-class work, stretching any and every medium—and always giving a little extra. Before launching ECP, Rob earned his B.F.A. from Kendall College of Art and Design and an M.A. in advertising design from Syracuse University, with extended studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. After serving his country as illustrator for the U.S. Navy, Sixth Fleet, he held various art and creative director posts across the country and was mentored by the likes of creative legends Milton Glaser and Lou Dorfsman. Rob and ECP have won over 500 awards, including OBIEs and National ADDYs as well as honors from Cannes, Communication Arts, Graphis, Archive, Print and D Show. In 2016, he received the American Advertising Federation of West Michigan Silver Medal Award for lifetime achievement, and in 2019 the Outdoor Advertising Association of America L. Ray Vahue Marketing Award of Merit, the outdoor industry’s top marketing award. In 2020, he published the book Reflect, a 20-year retrospective of his most memorable tributes and public service work. Even so, he considers his family and the current leadership team at ECP—which is assembling the finest talent to write the next chapter of Extra Credit Projects—as his greatest works.
