Flor Quiñones joins the creative team, where her Venezuelan roots inspire a thoughtful approach to branding, art direction, and visual storytelling. A graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design, her work garnered multiple awards at the West Michigan American Advertising Awards, including the prestigious Judge’s Choice Award. Flor brings creativity, strategy, and attention to detail to every project.
With a specialization in digital marketing, Justin Wenk joins the ECP media department. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University, where he built a strong foundation in marketing and professional communication through various internships. His experience managing social, creating engaging content, and building online communities brings a unique and valuable skillset to the team.
