Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

Caffeine and creativity merge when ECP promotes the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based café, Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea. From annual Lunar New Year branding to retail packaging, monthly featured drink promotions, and more, we’ve worked with the internal marketing team on many aspects of their retail strategy, producing dozens of assets every quarter, aligning the brand message and voice across nearly 40 franchise locations nationwide (and counting).

Results

Throughout our partnership, Sweetwaters has continued to gain popularity and increase sales. The national coffee and tea franchise continues to see growth as they expand their menu offerings. They have also grown their footprint, with nine new franchises opening since early 2022, and currently support 39 total locations across 12 states.

Scope:
