Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea
Caffeine and creativity merge when ECP promotes the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based café, Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea. From annual Lunar New Year branding to retail packaging, monthly featured drink promotions, and more, we’ve worked with the internal marketing team on many aspects of their retail strategy, producing dozens of assets every quarter, aligning the brand message and voice across nearly 40 franchise locations nationwide (and counting).
Results
Throughout our partnership, Sweetwaters has continued to gain popularity and increase sales. In 2023, the coffee and tea franchise profits were up 5% company-wide—their best year to date. Since early 2022, Sweetwaters has opened seven new franchises, in locations ranging from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Frisco, Texas to Grand Forks, North Dakota.
